CREED

We, as members of the Technical Women's Organization (TWO), vow to provide support, increase awareness, promote understanding, and create a climate of advancement for technical professionals supporting aviation safety.

MISSION

To increase the number of qualified women in technical careers and to maximize the contribution of technical women in the aviation industry.

VISION

TWO is comprised of diverse, creative, energetic, talented professionals representing a cross-section of technical organizations committed to being a powerful, courageous voice for positive change.

GOALS

  • Maintain and enhanced internal and external communication through a variety of media
  • Sponsor and partner with professional organizations in technical activities to provide career enhancement professional development and networking opportunities for members
  • Strengthen recruitment efforts and resources to facilitate hiring of technical women into the FAA workforce
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with FAA management, corporate sponsors and other organizations for members to effectively support the FAA mission, goals and objectives
